The Safety and Personal Protection Program integrates Krav Maga, a practical and instinctive self-defense system, with situational awareness training to promote personal security and confidence. Designed for diverse participants—including individuals, workplace teams, and community groups—this program emphasizes real-world applicability, accessibility, and a proactive approach to safety.

 

Program Objectives

Program Components

1. Situational Awareness Workshops

Purpose: Equip participants with the ability to recognize and mitigate risks before they escalate.

 

Content:I dentifying environmental and behavioral red flags. Strategies for avoiding dangerous situations.Verbal de-escalation techniques to defuse conflicts.

 

Scenario-based exercises to practice awareness in realistic settings.

 

Duration: 2-hour standalone sessions or integrated into broader training.

 

Delivery: Led by certified safety instructors using interactive methods

 

2. Krav Maga Self-Defense Training

 

Overview: Krav Maga, originally developed for military use, is adapted for civilian self-defense, focusing on simple, instinctive techniques to neutralize threats efficiently.

 

Training Tiers:Beginner (Level 1):Focus: Core strikes (punches, kicks, elbows), defenses against grabs (wrist holds, chokes), and basic movement.

 

Duration: 8 weeks, 1-hour sessions twice weekly.

 

Outcome: Ability to handle common physical threats with confidence.Intermediate (Level 2):Focus: Defenses against armed attackers, multiple assailants, and ground scenarios.

 

Duration: 10 weeks, 1.5-hour sessions twice weekly.

 

Prerequisite: Level 1 completion or equivalent.

Outcome: Proficiency in managing complex threat scenarios.

 

Advanced (Level 3): Focus: High-stress drills, scenario-based training, and integration of awareness with self-defense.Duration:

 

Ongoing, 2-hour weekly sessions.

 

Prerequisite: Level 2 completion or instructor approval.

 

Outcome: Advanced adaptability and mastery of Krav Maga techniques.

 

Training Features:Small groups (6-10 participants) for individualized coaching.

 

Certified Krav Maga instructors with practical experience.
